Before the Appointment

No, you do not need to be present as long as we have access to your car key. However, we recommend being available for the final inspection to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re unable to be present, we’ll take detailed photos of our work as proof of completion.

To complete the detailing service, we’ll need access to your vehicle, a water spigot, and an electrical outlet. If you are having your interior detailed, please also ensure that personal items, such as car seats, dog beds, and any other belongings, are removed from the interior. This helps us focus on the cleaning process, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. If you’re not present, we’ll need access to the car key.

You do not need to clean your car before the appointment, but we kindly ask that you remove rubbish or personal items from the interior, such as shopping bags, receipts, papers, and wrappers. This helps us focus entirely on detailing your vehicle. Please note that an additional fee may apply if interior items are not removed prior to the appointment.

We recommend removing any valuable or personal items from your car to prevent them from being accidentally picked up during the cleaning process. While we take care to safeguard your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss

Yes, we require access to a water spigot and an electrical outlet. We carry extra-long extension cords and hoses that can reach up to 20 meters.

After the Appointment

We recommend a full decontamination wash and gloss enhancement every 12 months.

A Si02 ceramic spray can last 3 to 6 months depending on application method and how the car is looked after. A ceramic coating can last 6 years+ depending on how well the car is maintained.

Services

We offer extensive interior and exterior detailing services as well as paint enhancement/correction and restoration services such as head light and plastic trim restorations. We also offer ceramic coating protection and interior protection.

To minimise the risk of scratches or marring on your car’s exterior, we start by removing most of the grit with a chemical pre-spray followed by a thorough rinse using a pressure washer. During the wash process, we use fresh, clean wash media that is frequently reloaded in a clean rinseless wash solution. The solution effectively releases dirt from the wash media, and grit guards at the bottom of the buckets trap debris, ensuring it stays at the bottom and away from the wash media. This meticulous approach keeps your vehicle’s surface safe while delivering a superior clean.
For the interior, we use ultra plush towels and fine soft bristle detail brushes to safely get into delicate areas without scratching leathers, vinyl and soft plastics.

Our Ceramic Coatings can be exposed to the elements after 1 hour and will fully cure after 7 days. After the 7 day curing period, you are able to wash the car.

Please note that we do not provide paint touch-up services or dent removal. If the scratch hasn’t penetrated through to the metal, we may be able to remove or significantly reduce its appearance with a cutting polish.

We only specialise in Cars at the moment

Yes, we can address pet hair, stains, mould, and odours in the interior. While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee complete removal or prevent the issues from potentially returning.

We do not currently offer paint protection film or window tinting

We use the highest quality chemicals that are safe yet effective for automative use from established brands in the car care industry.
